Ulta3 - English Rose

This polish is so extraordinary that my camera just won't take decent pics of it. I tried swatching it a couple of times before, but with little success. And since it's my project to swatch and show you every polish in my collection, here goes. I chose the best of the worst. I hate how the colour is blurred. It's a vibrant red with really shiny gold shimmer. Great:)

Ulta3 - Hollywood

I've always been one of those polish fanatics that didn't have many untrieds. But lately, I haven't had time to change manis every day, or sometimes I even go out with unpolished nails *gasp* Since I've done three swaps, the untried list is growing and growing. I've decided tonight I'll take time and put them in a separate box and not buy a new polish until I try out all of them. I know, who am I kidding? But hey, worth a shot :)

Today, I tried out a polish from an Aussie swap. Ulta3's Hollywood. Two coats, pure perfection. The colour itself isn't that special, but I love it anyway - just because it's blue.





And then, just for fun (and because I didn't want to get back to my thesis) I tried layering. I remember I used SH's Hidden Treasure, something from W'n'W, SH's In The Spotlight and Sinful's Hottie. The rest is a blur :)

Swap package arrived today!

I was having a really crappy day up to now. But I got home and a lovely package was sitting in front of my door and calling me:) It was my swap package from the super lovely 'chelle from Cosmetic Cupcake! Aussie polishes!

I got two fauxnad plates! And an ointment that you can put on anything apparently. I tried it on my lips as they were chapped and it feels very nice, so I'll definetly try it on other parts of my super dry skin too.




I got a bunch of Ulta3 polishes! These are, from left to right:
Watermelon, Passion Purple, Hollywood, Spring Fling, Waterlily and English Rose (like you couldn't read that yourself.. :) )




BYS! Left to right:
Silver Moon, Plum Delight, Mauve-it On Up, Silver Black and yes, you see right, a CRACKED in Black!



And last, but not least - TBN and Mode. Left to right:
Raspberries&Cream, Gilt and Party Girl!



Now i'm happy:)
